Ray Anderson, Steve Garman, and Randy McKnight, the counselors at AGM-College Advisors, LLCs™ are experienced high school educators. Together, they have assisted hundreds of students and their families through the college application process. They facilitate the conversations that students and parents must have and guide families through each step of the college application process.

Our mission is to bridge the educational gap, between children’s potential, and their present level of performance. We work with children or adults with diverse learning styles, or Dyslexia. We teach the structure of the English Language.
The reading programs are Scientific Researched Based programs, and follow Orton-Gillingham Multisensory methodology. The reading instruction is explicit, sequential and systematic. We teach the five essential reading skills, as identified by the National Reading Panel. Ms.Watkins, the Executive Director, is a Wilson Language Reading System Level 1 Certified Teacher, and Phonographix Reading Therapist. We also offer basic math tutoring.

Leslie Kent has met the highest level of professional standards for college admissions counselors.
With 30 years' experience as Fairfax County principal, director of instruction and English teacher, Leslie knows the local public schools and their students well. Twice nominated as Principal of the Year, she is known for building strong relationships with families. Her interest in adolescent development and educational excellence form a strong foundation for the college planning services she offers.
Leslie volunteers in our public schools and in the community and frequently makes presentations for parents in both Fairfax and Loudoun Counties.
